Cancellation, Transfer, Payment, and Chargeback Terms:

CE on The Beach™ is operated by Minal Sampat LLC. By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the CE on The Beach™ 2027 Cancellation, Transfer, Payment, and Chargeback Terms.

Event Registration: This purchase is for event registration, not a physical product. Registration reserves a seat for the CE on The Beach™ event option selected at checkout. Event services are delivered on the scheduled date or dates for that specific registration option.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refund Timeline: Cancellations made within 24 hours of registration will receive a full registration refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made on or before December 15, 2026 will receive a 70% registration refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made between December 16, 2026 and March 15, 2027 will receive a 50% registration refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations after March 15, 2027 are not eligible for a refund. Processing fees are nonrefundable.

Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another attendee until May 14, 2027. The original registrant is responsible for finding the replacement attendee and submitting the new attendee’s full registration information by the transfer deadline. After May 14, 2027, registrations are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

Event Changes: In the unlikely event that CE on The Beach™ 2027 is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, registration credit toward a future CE on The Beach™ event will be provided.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may result in immediate revocation of registration. CE on The Beach™ reserves the right to recover amounts owed under these terms, including administrative, processing, and chargeback fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chargeback fees are nonrefundable.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Registration: CE on The Beach™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, revoke, or cancel any registration, including future registrations, in cases involving disruptive conduct, harassment, abusive communication, payment disputes, violation of event policies, false registration information, or behavior that may negatively impact the event experience for attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, or venue partners.

Sponsor Products & Services: CE on The Beach™ may include sponsors and vendors who share information, products, services, or offers with attendees. Any purchase, agreement, or interaction between an attendee and a sponsor is solely between the attendee and that sponsor. CE on The Beach™ and Minal Sampat LLC are not responsible for sponsor products, services, claims, payments, refunds, customer service, results, or disputes.

Travel Responsibility, Room Block, Marketing Consent, and Code of Conduct Terms:

CE on The Beach™ is operated by Minal Sampat LLC. By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the CE on The Beach™ 2027 Travel Responsibility, Room Block, Marketing Consent, and Code of Conduct Terms.

Travel Responsibility: Lodging, airfare, transportation, passport or entry requirements, and all personal travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. CE on The Beach™ is not responsible for travel delays, missed flights, passport issues, visa or entry issues, weather, illness, personal circumstances, or fees related to changes or cancellations of travel plans.

Room Block: Lodging is not included with CE on The Beach™ registration. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own room directly with the hotel or lodging provider. The official CE on The Beach™ room block is available only to registered attendees, with a limit of one room at the conference rate per registered attendee. Room reservations may be cross-checked with event registrations. Any hotel credit, including the $150 hotel credit, applies only to eligible rooms booked within the official CE on The Beach™ room block and will be applied according to hotel terms at check-out.

Marketing Consent: By attending CE on The Beach™ 2027, I understand that Minal Sampat LLC may capture photos and videos during the event for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and event recap purposes. I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and/or voice from this event for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Registration information will not be sold or shared with third-party companies for their marketing purposes. I may withdraw marketing consent by sending an email to [email protected]. I understand that CE on The Beach™ cannot guarantee exclusion from candid, group, or crowd photos or videos already captured.

Code of Conduct: CE on The Beach™ is dedicated to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive space for all attendees, sponsors, speakers, staff, and volunteers. Discrimination, harassment, abusive communication, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes offensive remarks, unwelcome advances, intimidation, and actions that make others feel unsafe. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and, if serious, may be reported to venue security or local authorities. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Acknowledgment: By completing registration and checking the box below, I acknowledge and accept these travel responsibility, room block, marketing consent, conduct, and event terms as final and binding.
